Star Bong Ledger Privacy Notice
This is an English translation of the Korean notice. If the two differ, the Korean version prevails.
1. Information handled and why
The app does not ask for information that identifies you, such as your name, email address or phone number. The nickname you choose is used only to tell ledgers apart on this PC, and the app does not send it off your PC. The optional password is not stored; it is used only to lock the key that protects your ledger on this PC.
2. Where your ledger is stored
The entries, assets and settings you enter are stored on your PC. The ledger database is encrypted, and the key and nickname list are protected by Windows user data protection. The app does not send your ledger to, or automatically save it on, the developer's servers or any external storage. Built-in analysis runs on your PC, and the app has no advertising or usage-tracking features.
3. External services
The app does not connect to the internet. Information handled while installing or updating through the Microsoft Store is governed by Microsoft's policies.
4. Exporting and importing files
You can export or import a ledger using a file you choose. You decide whether to keep or share an exported file; the app does not upload it anywhere automatically.
5. Retention and deletion
You manage your own ledgers. Uninstalling or resetting the app may delete local ledgers and the nickname list. Files you have exported outside the app must be deleted separately. Signing out alone does not delete an existing ledger.
